With Kerry Washington's new hit show "Scandal" and secret wedding that just took place, she's been the talk of the town! Now she has best dressed woman of the year to add to her long resume of accomplishments. This came as no shock to me being as though Kerry Washington has been serving sophistication and fab style on all of the red carpets this year. Congrats Kerry!
