I am so elated to announce that Giuliana and Bill Rancic are having a baby! If you follow the couple you know they've been through a lot. From Giuliana's struggle with breast cancer to the couples struggle with fertility problems. But they've announced that they are having a baby via a gestational surrogate, which means the baby will be the Rancic's genetic child. The baby is due late summer. See more via the video below!
