Antioxidant Filled Fruits

Prunes, Raisins, Blueberries, and  Blackberries all are filled with antioxidants. Antioxidants fight free radicals.  Strawberries ,Raspberries, and Plums, Oranges, Red grapes, and Cherries are also antioxidant fruits. Which prevent cellular damage, and are anti-aging!
